This excellent value Bordeaux hails from Peyredoulle, a petit Château located on one of the best clay-limestone hilltops in Blayais. (The name Peyredoulle comes from "Pierre Dure" which means "hard stone" in the local dialect.) It's a modern fruit driven Bordeaux with ripe fruit notes and a silky finish.
