Grandes Serres has been located in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape since 1977. They farm twelve hectares of vineyards of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre as well as buying grapes from smaller growers around the winery. The grapes were hand harvested and after fermentation the wine was aged for between 12 to 18 months in French oak.
