Unlike most other Irish Whiskeys, Connemara is double distilled in two small pot stills to ensure a robust Whiskey full of flavour and character. The combination of the young and old whiskey used means that you get rich malt and fruit flavours that combine with the underlying vanilla tones and deep, full-bodied peat.
