The family owned, fourteen-hectare estate, Domaine Jean Chartron was established 1859 and specialises in growing and making top quality Chardonnay. Their Saint Aubin is literally a stone's throw from Burgundy's most famous vineyard Le Montrachet so this wine is rich and complex with notes of cashew, butterscotch, cream, peach and lemon.
