This limited release from the Galway Bay brewery is a modern full flavoured IPA that’s packed with character. Idaho 7 & Nelson Sauvin hops bring big tropical grapefruit flavours, while Strata adds an appealing dankness before a fluffy, fruity finish courtesy of a base of oats and pale malts.
