This release from The Irishman is the second in the Founder’s Reserve Cask Series. A blend of single malt and single pot still whiskey, it’s first matured in American oak bourbon barrels, then finished for six months in Caribbean rum casks from Chairman’s Reserve of Saint Lucia. Bottled at 46% without chill-filtration. With only 12 casks used, each yielding around 380 bottles, this is a rare treat.
