The family-owned Tosa brewery has been making Sake since 1877 and the brewery is currently run by sixth generation Toji (head sake brewer), Muneki Matsumoto.
This beautiful sake was awarded a silver medal at the International Wine Challenge 2018. It’s full-bodied and very food friendly and can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature or served warm.
