This is an expressive, cool climate style of Syrah, with lots of spice, white pepper, floral notes and flavours of red fruit, such as raspberries. Well integrated oak gives a soft smokiness to the final blend. The tannins are perfectly ripe, giving a, deliciously soft and smooth texture to the wine.
