Albariño is by far Spain's best, and certainly most fashionable, white grape variety. This fine example comes from Bodegas Martin Codax in the heart of Galicia’s Salnés Valley. Beautifully aromatic, it’s one of the best wines you will find to match good scallops or langoustines.
