O'Hara’s 51st State IPA is a 6.0% ABV New England-style IPA from Carlow Brewing Company, one of Ireland’s original craft breweries. This unfiltered, hazy golden ale is brewed with a carefully chosen blend of hops, including Citra and Amarillo, delivering bold tropical flavours of grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot, and peach. A smooth mouthfeel comes from the use of wheat, crystal, and caramel malts. With a moderate 40 IBU, it offers a well-balanced, mild bitterness.
