Península Tinto is made by the family owned Casa Ermelinda Freitas winery which was established more than a century ago. Located in the Setúbal area near Lisbon, the winery makes the most of the region’s flat sandy soils and merges traditional and modern winemaking. This is a deliciously fruity red with currant and plum notes, peppery warmth and a velvety texture.
