The Pasqua family wine business started in 1925 and Romeo & Juliet Passimento Red is an ode to their love of Verona. This rich red is made using the local Veneto ‘Passimento’ method whereby the grapes are dried prior to fermentation, which adds a silky ripe berry character. Expect deep red fruit flavours, a touch of spice and a velvety smooth palate.
