Loads of flavour; Cherry cola and bright red fruits, lavender and lilac, dried oregano and thyme and then the spice, starting with cloves and finishing with nutmeg. Medium-bodied and juicy without being over-bearing or too forward. The herbs and spice drive the finish alongside ripe, supple tannins.
