Distilled at the Chita grain distillery on the Chita Peninsula south of Nagoya, Chita Distillers Reserve is a single grain whisky aged across three cask types: wine casks, Spanish oak, and American white oak. The result is a lighter and more delicate style with subtle sweetness, dried citrus, and a long clean finish. Master blender Shinji Fukuyo describes it as "the serenity of Japanese whisky." Serve it in a Highball, the format Japan has made entirely its own.
