Valhondo Cava features local Macabeo and Xarello grape varieties and is made in the same way as Champagne, undergoing a second fermentation and ageing in bottle. It’s dry and refreshing with crisp apple aromas and just a hint of toast. A classic, crisp Cava that is a great alternative to Champagne.
