Up there with the best of the Grande Marques, Veuve Clicquot Brut is made in a full-bodied style with lots of toastiness after a few years aging. It’s a perfect Champagne to buy and squirrel away for a year or two if you can. Great with food, it also makes for a beautiful aperitif.
