Wicklow Wolf was founded in 2014 by Simon Lynch and Quincey Fennelly. Over a decade on, they've built one of Ireland's most respected independent breweries, becoming the first brewery in Ireland to achieve B Corp certification in September 2024, a rigorous standard that covers environmental performance, employee wellbeing, and community impact.

Elevation is the beer that started it all and remains their most popular beer. Made on a base of pale and wheat malt using Mosaic, Strata, Centennial and Huell Melon hops, it is incredibly drinkable.
