Wicklow Wolf’s Pacific Heights was inspired by the California Common beer style. California Common is a unique beer style that originated in the mid-19th century on the U.S. West Coast, especially around San Francisco. It’s uses lager yeasts but at a higher temperature to produce a hybrid style.
